However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement or resolution:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
We review each case individually and will offer a replacement or appropriate solution when applicable.
Beans & Nectar is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts
- Improper storage after delivery
3. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@BeansAndNectar.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and resolve it at our discretion.
4. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping occurs on weekdays (Monday–Friday) to maintain product quality.
5. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States. Please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment, as delays or issues due to incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.
6. Do you ship on holidays or weekends?
No. We ship on weekdays only and do not ship on major US holidays.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly to maintain freshness, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once placed. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

Yes we offer subscriptions. Each order is processed individually to ensure the freshest product possible.
